Our recruitment process has a global reach. We believe skilled software engineers can be found in any country. Therefore we try our best to reach out to potential candidates across the world.

We also understand that the recruitment process can be stressful for candidates and that they don’t want to waste their time. Which is why we have crafted a simple and efficient process which can be broken down into three main stages.

Recruitment process

30-60 min

Technical interview

The interview has two parts: one for personal insights, the other for your technical background based on past experiences.

2-3 h

Live coding interview

After passing the technical interview, you’ll have a live coding interview. You’ll receive a code base a week prior to prepare for the session.

1 hr

HR interview

After clearing the initial stages, you’ll enter a negotiation talk to discuss your compensation, relocation, and any offer-related queries.
