Vacations
Paid Vacation and Holidays
  • You are entitled to 5 weeks fully paid of vacation every year.
  • Vacations days are paid with an additional 12% compared to your base salary.
  • All holiday's days are fully paid.
Parental Leave
Parental Leave
  • You are entitled to 480 days of paid parental leave per child for both parents.
  • Parental leave is paid with 80% of your salary. We will fill up 10%, resulting in 90% of your salary.
  • Parental leave for children born outside of Sweden is limited depending on the age of the child.
Sick Leave
In case you get sick
  • You will receive 80% of your normal pay for you first 14 days of sick leave.
  • If you’re sick for 14 to 90 days, then you will receive compensation from the Swedish government.
  • You’re also entitled to compensation if you need to take days off to take care for your sick child.
  • We also provide an optional medical checkup every 3 years.
Pension
Beneficial pension scheme
  • Public pension is provided to all employees and is financed via taxes.
  • We provide a private pension in addition to the public one.
