Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process has a global reach. We believe skilled software engineers can be found in any country. Therefore we try our best to reach out to potential candidates across the world.

We also understand that the recruitment process can be stressful for candidates and that they don't want to waste their time. Which is why we have crafted a simple and efficient process which can be broken down into three main stages.

Technical InterviewThe first part of the interview is to get to know you on a personal level and vice-versa. The second part is to learn about your technical background from your past experiences.

The interview will be from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Live Coding InterviewOnce you pass the technical interview, you will be invited for a live coding interview. Here, you will get a code base one week in advance and you are expected to familiarize yourself with it and come prepared for the interview.

The session will be 2 to 3 hours long and you will be expected to solve several tasks.

HR InterviewOnce you have passed the previous two stages, you will be invited to a negotiation talk where you will get to discuss your compensation package, relocation process and any other questions that you might have regarding the offer.
